MR. DYMO HUA CHEUNG, PHILIP is the Executive Director of our Group. He is responsible for the overall management of the Group's financial and management reporting, internal control, audit functions and accounting and compliance process. Mr. Dymo joined the Group in March 2003 and has more than 20 years of experience in the auditing and accounting profession. Prior to joining the Group, he was an audit manager with Kwan Wong Tan Fong Co., Ltd, an accounting firm in Hong Kong, which later merged with the international accounting firm of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu where his responsibilities included audit for statutory compliance and special purposes such as initial public offerings and tax compliance. He is a Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
