| MR.
LAI SHI HONG, EDWARD
is the Executive Director of our Group. He is responsible for
overseeing our finance, compliance and corporate development
functions. Mr. Lai has more than 19 years of experience in finance,
accounting and business management, specializing in the stock
broking and corporation finance aspects. He was appointed in
August 2004. Mr. Lai graduated from the University of Hong Kong
and is currently a Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified
Public Accountants and a Fellow Member of the Association of
Chartered Certified Accountants. |
