MR. LAI SHI HONG, EDWARD was re-designated from an Executive Director to a Non-Executive Director in October 2011. He is currently members of Audit, Nominating and Remuneration Committees. He was appointed to the board in August 2004, when he was responsible for overseeing our finance, compliance and corporate development functions. He has more than 24 years of experience in finance, accounting and business management, and is currently the chief financial officer and the company secretary of a main-board listed company in Hong Kong. He graduated from the University of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Baptist University with a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Science degree in Corporate Governance and Directorship, respectively. He is currently a Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
