| WONG
YIK CHUNG, JOHN
is the Independent Director of our Group. Mr Wong is a professional
accountant by training with more than 17 years of experience
in auditing and corporate finance work, with extensive exposure
to the business enterprises in the PRC. He is currently
an independent Non-executive Director of EcoGreen Fine Chemicals and the director to TMF China, a firm providing a variety of professional outsourcing solutions to an international client base investing in the PRC. Mr. Wong graduated from the University of Melbourne.
He is a Fellow Member of the Australian Society
of Certified Public Accountants. He also obtained a PRC Certificate
of Independent Directorship in 2002. |
